Educating Your Special Needs Child

I Need You!

Hey y’all,

I generally work with children who are of school age and are either about to start school, or are already in one education system or another. Many of the parents report they are not satisfied by the educational experience but don’t know where else to go, or what else they can do.

While I do have a great amount of experience working with special needs children and families, I don’t have personal experience with special needs education- that’s something only each family can discuss.

How Can You Help?

What I’m asking from y’all is if you would please fill out this survey:

It’s a brief questionnaire asking about the educational experience you as a parent have observed for your special needs child. This includes private schools, public schools and homeschooling.  I want to combine this information and be able to better serve families in the greater DFW area.

Understandably, many people who fill this out are not from North Texas, but I still want to know your thoughts! Several of the questions focus on the efficacy of ARD meetings, IEP’s, therapies, and specialized curriculum.

There is no place for you to provide any personal identifiers on this survey and there’s no way for me to know who your kiddo is, unless you tell me. No personal information will be shared unless I specifically ask.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions or want to know more! Thank you for all your help!!
